While Songs-DB is an absolutely free application, there also exists its more advanced version called Songs-DB Gold. In order to use it, just download Songs-DB from the link above and then purchase a licence key on this page.
In order to use Songs-DB you need MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components). It is usually already installed at most systems. The only exception is Windows 95 without any newer common software installed (like IE4+, MS Office). In this case download the latest version from http://www.microsoft.com/data. You don't need to care about it in case you have Windows 98, NT, ME, 2000 or XP.
In case you would like to work with WMA (Window Media Audio) files, you will also need Windows Media Drivers.
